I have graduated from Moscow State University, Department of Computational Mathematics and Cyberneticsin 2008. Now I am a Ph.D. student and assistant professor at Moscow State University, Department of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics.

I work in Graphics and Media Lab and have participated in several projects of the lab, including joint projects with Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT) and the joint project with P.K. Anokhin Institute of Normal Phisiology.

During 2 years I have been working as a researcher/C++ developer on such problems as age and gender classification, facial features detection and others.

Currently my scientific work involves interdisciplinary research on medical data processing. I deal with brain MRI data and ECG data.

My research interests mainly lie in the area of medical image processing and visualization, automatic medical data analysis, machine learning, but also include 3D reconstruction of real world objects and scenes from single or multiple images.

Research Projects:

  • Sketch-based 3D reconstruction of surfaces of revolution and generalized cylinders from two calibrated images
  • Fast and easy-to-use interactive 3D modeling of outdoor urban scenes from single or multiple images
  • Registration of experimental tomograms into a digital anatomic brain atlas, statistical analysis and comparison in the structures of anatomic atlases
